“Ski boots are like a mechanical fruit juicer. Imagine putting your favorite fruit between your shins and the front of the boot (the tongue). When they make turns they should be opening and closing the juicer, smashing your fruit into juice! Slowly open the juicer to release your edges and start the turn, slowly close the juicer to finish.
The faster you go with the juicer or the faster you get TALL and SMALL, the more turns you’ll make. Big, slow turns will use the same movement, but in slooowww motion. It’s fun to make different turn sizes. This is essential when the goal is to move on to harder runs.”
